3D visualisation FAQs
It depends on the package. Some packages include a set number of external views; interior views, 3D floor plans, movies and virtual reality tours can be added.
Building Information Modelling: a 3D model that holds information about the building and the items in it. It helps coordinate the design with the engineers, find clashes before construction starts, and estimate quantities for the building cost.
Not always, but they help. If 2D plans are hard to read, 3D views let you see how your home will look before it is built. You can compare options and solve issues early, when changes cost far less.
We use AI tools to turn a floor plan into a furnished 3D room, so you can see how a space will look and test specific furniture and joinery before you buy.
Yes. Our renders are often used to sell or lease a development before it is built.
Very close. The 3D is based on the design documentation, but final finishes and details can differ in the completed building.
